Since opening in 1991, WakeMed Cary Hospital has become an integral component of the WakeMed system.
A 95,000 square-foot expansion completed in 2008 nearly doubled Cary Hospital's capacity. Today, Cary Hospital houses 156 inpatient beds - 76 more than its original 80.
We offer patients the friendliness and warmth of a community hospital, with all of the sophistication and expertise of a regional medical center. Our hospital provides quality health care for the residents of Cary, the western portion of Wake County and surrounding areas.
Parking
Patients and Visitors have access to ample free parking at WakeMed Cary Hospital.
You may choose from two options: surface lot outside of main entrance or the newly expanded parking deck.
Directions
WakeMed Cary Hospital is centrally located at the corner of Tryon and Kildaire Farm Roads.
From I-440, take Exit 293A going south on US Highway 1/64 toward Cary and Sanford. Take Exit 98A onto Tryon Road. Follow Tryon Road approximately one mile to the intersection with Kildaire Farm Road. Turn left onto Kildaire Farm Road. Hospital Campus Drive is on your left.
