Midpoint Range: $60,174.40
Maximum Range: $74,048.00
Requirements
Responsible for performing variety of analytical projects related to Compensation to include market competitive surveys and HRIS data analysis. Assists in the development and administration of compensation programs by providing analytical data analysis and recommendations, as well as designing and developing compensation policies and procedures. Provides assistance to employees and leadership regarding pay practices and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or other related field and one (1) year professional exempt level Human Resources in Compensation experience required. Compensation experience in healthcare preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
