Responsible for receiving and processing of laboratory specimens; collection of blood specimens on all age populations utilizing venipuncture, skin puncture, or appropriate technique. High school diploma/GED required. Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy school/program, one (1) year of previous phlebotomy experience and computer data entry experience preferred. Knowledge of arrhythmias, medical terminology, cardiovascular anatomy and physiology preferred. CPR certified or eligibility for certification preferred. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00am-8:00am or 5:00am-9:00am and every other weekend |
