A comprehensive program of self-management for a healthier body and mind. Both beginner and intermediate classes available. Participants provide their own yoga mats. 10-week session.
Beginner: Wednesdays, April 11 - June 13, 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Intermediate: Tuesdays, April 10 - June 12, 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Prior participation in yoga required).
