Return to Job Search     Financial Specialist, Capital Projects Full-time posted 10/19/2007  Raleigh, NC Professional / Management Accounting - WMED - 8212 Minimum Range: $47,444.80 Midpoint Range: $61,692.80 Maximum Range: $75,920.00 Requirements Responsible for assisting with the coordination and carrying out of the system's fixed assets management program in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as corporate policy and bond compliance regulations that apply to property management. Manage accounting for all capital projects from established budget through capitalization and entry into Asset Management system, to include approval of requisitions and invoices and ensuring appropriate expense classification. Reconciles CIP and all related accounts, including depreciation. Responsible for system maintenance and upgrade of the Activity Management system. Prepares monthly capital reports for inclusion in monthly VP package. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field and two years of experience, including fixed asset reporting, capital project reporting, financial report preparation and systems maintenance required.
