Consults with and educates staff on Emergency Department documentation for accurate charging and billing. Completes daily callbacks to high risk population to determine if discharge instructions are understood. Reviews culture and radiology results and completes appropriate follow up according to standing orders and physician input. Communicates on a professional level with physicians and management staff regarding documentation issues. Performs projects assigned by management team. Prefer three year clinical Emergency Department experience and charging or coding experience. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. RN with a valid NC license.
