Information: Question: Does yogurt help prevent yeast infections? Answer: Several studies have suggested that one cup of yogurt a day�(only the kind that has acidophilus bacteria) may reduce the frequency of vaginal yeast infections. Check the label for the statement "contains live cultures" or similar text.
