CarePages

CarePages: an easy way to stay connected

Staying connected to family and friends is an important part of the hospital experience for patients.  Phone calls, cards, gifts and flowers can brighten any patient's day, but simply knowing that loved ones care makes a big difference in the recovery process.

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is proud to offer our patients CarePages, a free service that makes staying connected simple and easy.  CarePages are private, personalized Web pages created by patients or their family members.

CarePages brings friends and family close...when you need them the most.

  • CarePages is a virtual gathering place, connecting people despite distance and time.
  • CarePages don't have an expiration date, so you can keep in touch before, during and after your hospital stay.  Your CarePage works for you as long as you want it to.
  • Care Compliments, another great CarePage tool, offers patients, family members and friends the ability to compliment hospital staff members for providing outstanding patient care.
  • CarePages are private and fully secure, complying with all patient privacy regulations.  The only people with access to your CarePage are those to whom you have given a password.
  • CarePages Patient Information is not used for any marketing purposes.  The only data WakeMed receives is the number of patients who use this complimentary service.
