 Medical Staff Services Mission
The Medical Staff Services Office is committed to providing quality staff support to the Medical Staffs at WakeMed Raleigh Campus and WakeMed Cary Hospital. The WakeMed Raleigh Campus Medical Staff includes WakeMed North Healthplex, WakeMed Zebulon-Wendell, and WakeMed Clayton Medical Park. The WakeMed Cary Hospital Medical Staff includes WakeMed Fuquay-Varina.
The Medical Staff Services office processes all initial applications and reappointments for membership on the WakeMed Medical Staffs, for advance practice nurses and for physician assistants. It is our responsibility to ensure that members of the Medical Staffs are in compliance with all WakeMed policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
