Hyperlinearity in atopic dermatitis, on the palm This picture shows a manifestation of atopic dermatitis on the palm. Individuals with atopic dermatitis characteristically have increased numbers and depth of skin lines (hyperlinearity) on the palms with little redness (erythema).
