WakeMed Clayton Medical Park is a state-of-the-art medical complex offering convenient outpatient health care to the greater Clayton community and surrounding areas.  Our services include laboratory, X-ray and physical rehabilitation, which are readily available and provide an array of diagnostic and therapy services. 

• Laboratory – Our laboratory serves as a specimen collection station for the analysis of blood and urine samples.  The requested tests are then run in our pathology laboratory at WakeMed’s Raleigh campus.  Test results are sent back to your physician.  The physicians of Raleigh Pathology Laboratory Associates interpret the results and prepare the report.  WakeMed’s laboratory is one of the most advanced in the country with the highest standards of quality.
• Radiology – Our radiology services are available on a walk-in basis with the exception of mammography, which requires an appointment.  Films are interpreted and results reported back to your physician by Wake Radiology.  Services include screening mammograms, plain film radiography and tomography.
• Outpatient Rehab – WakeMed’s outpatient physical rehab programs, which include physical, occupational and speech therapy for adults and children, and a day treatment program, are available to patients who suffer from a wide range of physical problems.
