WakeMed Zebulon/Wendell Outpatient & Skilled Nursing Facility provides Skilled Nursing care as well as outpatient services.  The Rehab Program located here is specially designed to meet the needs of patients with joint replacements, fractures, amputations, and other orthopaedic or functionally limiting problems.  We focus on mobility, strength and endurance, in addition to prosthetic training.

Ours is a patient-centered environment where several areas of expertise come together, ensuring a level of care that matches the patient’s physical, learning and emotional needs.  Our staff works with the patient and his or her family to develop a treatment plan that will maximize new capabilities, while at the same time helping the patient cope and adapt to physical changes.
