Responsible for collaborating with the COO to manage systemwide organizational improvement initiatives pursued by the organization such a JCAHO accreditation, the North Carolina Awards for Excellence, the Baldrige National Quality Program, and compliance with the CMS Conditions of Participation. Works collaboratively with members of the corporate/management staffs, medical staff and outside organizations to develop strategies for education, continuous improvement and change management in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and strategic direction of WakeMed. Master's degree in education, business, nursing, organizational development or related field from an accredited university required. Requires clinical background - RN.
Experience working in a complex hospital organization with JCAHO and CMS - conditions of participation. Experience managing large third party surveys, demonstrated verbal and written skills.
Monday through Friday, 8A- 5P, No Weekends
